Mission
Nuestra Artist Collective is a platform for women artists, including cis and trans women, non-binary and gender non-conforming people, to encourage dialogue about the experiences of Xicana and Latine women. We aim to build connections that support our communities and create art projects and exhibitions that explore the intersections of identity, culture, and politics in Texas.

Nuestra Artist Collective es una plataforma para mujeres artistas, incluidas mujeres cis y trans, personas no binarias y de género no conforme, para fomentar el diálogo sobre las experiencias de las mujeres Xicana y Latine. Nuestra Land Acknowledgement:
Nuestra Artist Collective consists of Xicana and Latina artists who live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Although this region of Texas is currently known to be DFW, we acknowledge that the land of Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Denton was originally settled and occupied by the Jumanos, Wichita, Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo), Tawakoni, and the Numunuu Sookobitu (Comanche) people. We recognize the history of colonialism and pay our respect to the land and people to whom it originally belonged.

Nuestra Artist Collective está formada por artistas Xicana y latinas que viven en Dallas/Ft. Worth conocida como el Metroplex. Aunque actualmente se sabe que esta región de Texas es DFW, reconocemos que la tierra de Dallas, Ft. Worth y Denton fué establecida y habitada originalmente por las comunidades de los jumanos, wichita, kiikaapoi (kickapoo), tawakoni y los pueblos numunuu sookobitu (comanches).
